What I build for a practice, in four pictures
What building AI agent systems for a health and wellness practice actually looks like, drawn instead of explained.
People ask what I do and I say I build AI agent systems for health and wellness practices. That sentence tells nobody anything. Here is the same answer in four pictures.
Where your week goes
Every practice I look at has the same shape. Part of the week is the work only you can do, the reason people come at all. The rest is the same handful of jobs, repeated, every week, forever. That second part is where I work. I never touch the first.
What I hand a job to
An agent is a small piece of software that reads a situation, does something about it in your real tools, and writes down what it did. I give it one job with a clear finish line. A message arrives, it takes the routine steps, and the appointment is booked and logged. When anything looks unusual, it stops and hands the whole thing to you.
I am not replacing your front desk. I am taking one job off whoever is still doing it at ten at night.
How the work goes
I do not start by building. I start by watching one ordinary week and asking which job you would hand over first. Then I build that one job, small, and you read what it did for a couple of weeks before it gets a second.
What you actually get
Nothing magic, and no dashboard nobody opens. You get something that quietly does one job and leaves a trail you can read in a minute. If that trail ever stops making sense, you switch it off and nothing about your practice breaks.
That is the whole offer. One repetitive job, done the same way every time, written down, and easy to switch off. The other note in this list draws what is going on inside the agent while it does it.
